More than milestones

Every new movement builds on the skills that came before it. From learning to lift their head and reach for a toy to rolling, sitting, crawling and standing, babies are constantly discovering what their bodies can do.

During this interactive workshop, we'll explore how movement develops throughout the first year, why those early foundations matter and what to look for as your baby grows.

Through simple demonstrations, play and conversation, you'll discover practical ways to encourage movement and exploration in everyday life.

There will be plenty of time for questions, and no expectation that your baby needs to perform or demonstrate any particular skill. Feeding, changing, cuddling and taking breaks are all welcome!
